Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing long term customer relationships
- Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts
- Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
- Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
- Update forecast timely
- Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirement:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
- Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
