Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Demand and Replenishment Planning:
- Collect forecast assumption from Commercial team and understand drivers for demand changes.
- Perform demand data cleansing and generate/ review statistical demand forecast and make adjustment (if required) based on latest marketing intelligence.
- Facilitate Monthly Demand Review and follow up corrective and mitigation action.
- Identify risks and opportunities. Assess sales impact to markets.
- Update and commit the approved consensus demand forecast into planning system.
- Maintain clean demand signals are transferred to manufacturing site on weekly supply review.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify potential supply issue, communicate to relevant stakeholder and escalate when appropriate.
- Ensuring finished goods Sales Order and Purchase Order are created on time.
- Follow up shipment delivery to the destination markets.
- Manage planning parameter and master data maintenance.
- Support new product launch, network transfer, divestiture, source change and product life cycle management.
- Review supply chain key performance indicator.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistic, engineering, pharmacy, data analytic and science.
- 2-3 years of experiences in demand and supply planning. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of Business dynamics and Supply Chain
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, FMCG or Chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Good presentation and facilitation skill.
- Experience in using ERP systems and advanced Excel/ Microsoft Power BI skills for data analysis and management.
- Experience in using Kinaxis Rapid Response is preferred.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Keen driver for process improvement.
- Ability to travel as required.
