This is a Retail Ambassador role, for which you will provide leadership and direction to a group of team members. Be responsible for driving sales, team management, inventory control, sales promotions and delivering quality customer service.
Job Scope
- Responsible to meet weekly target.
- To provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
- To possess excellent product understanding
- Manage in store operations (packing of orders)
- Inventory management (Monitor stocks movement, slow/fast selling items, stock checks, Inventory stock in/out), quality checks.
- Working closely with branch Manager, make sure store is fully stocked with product and collection all the time.
- Maintain an excellent service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure sales staff's dress code and personal presentation is of the highest standards.
- Visual merchandising (VM) skills are a bonus
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently to manage the store and a small team
- Demonstrate initiative and thinking on one's feet to resolve retail related matters
- Comfortable with working with small jewellery bits and jewellery tools and machinery
- Ensure retail team is well trained and updated regularly on product/SOP changes
- Good eye for jewellery and fashion to offer suggestions to customers
- Able to work 5 days a week (including one weekend). Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Singaporean or PR only.
