Outdoor Education Trainer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and lead in local and overseas camps (e.g. Teambuilding, leadership)
- Mentor and provide guidance for the team of coaches
- Provide consultation for clients
- Design and innovate on Outdoor Education programmes
Skills and Qualifications
- First-aid Certified (at least for the next 1 year)
- Outdoor Adventure related certification (e.g. MOE Outdoor Adventure Faculties Course, Abseil Proficiency Course, Sports Climbing Course)
- Responsible Decision Making
- Open to learning
- Presentation Skills
- Clients Relationship
- Energy Level
- Creativity
