- Taking orders, do cashiering and counting daily cashflow
- Ensure smooth day-to operation of the stall
- Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
- Assist in sending daily sales report
- Focus on customer service
- Able to handle POS system
- Work with kitchen team on purchasing of supplies
