The Outdoor Adventure Camp Instructor is responsible for facilitating outdoor experiential learning programs for participants. They will lead and guide individuals and groups in various challenging activities, promoting personal and team development. The instructor will ensure the safety of participants while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. They should possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for outdoor education.

Salary up to $5,000 with Allowances and Bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging outdoor adventure activities, including rock climbing, kayaking, camping, hiking, and other wilderness experiences.
- Lead and guide participants through challenging tasks and activities to promote personal growth, resilience, and teamwork.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all program activities, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to participants, encouraging self-reflection, personal goal setting, and skill development.
2. Instruction and Facilitation:
- Conduct pre-program briefings and debriefings to establish program objectives, expectations, and learning outcomes.
- Facilitate group discussions, team-building activities, and reflection sessions to enhance participants' self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting mutual respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Adapt instructional techniques to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.
3. Program Planning and Administration:
- Collaborate with the program development team to design and refine program itineraries, ensuring alignment with curriculum and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of program equipment and resources.
- Complete all necessary program documentation, including incident reports, participant evaluations, and equipment inventories.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on program effectiveness and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with Degree or Diploma are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate participants of all ages and backgrounds.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in outdoor adventure activities, safety protocols, and risk management.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Working Conditions:
- This role will require working in outdoor environments with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and stamina are essential, as the role involves leading and participating in physically demanding activities.
- Some programs may require overnight stays and travel to remote locations.
