Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, and directing sales activities in local market to achieve sales objectives.
- Target channel: HORECA Trade
- Work closely with the marketing team and customers to coordinate and effectively execute marketing activities to generate higher sales volume
- Analyse and develop strategic planning to identify sales gaps
- Responsible for product promotion's proposal submission, negotiation, and execution
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major customers
- Drive sales and marketing objectives by developing and executing advertising and programs; creating sales action plans
- Continually monitors market, customer, and competitor developments
- Assisting collection of AR when required
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
- Excellent customer service with communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Marketing / Brand Management
- Trade background in the food service industry will be highly preferred
