- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit is required
- Building Revit content (families) for in‐house design and constructability modeling
- Providing Revit / CAD application support
- Work with teams on coordinating BIM for preconstruction and construction
- To conduct demos including enterprise solutions
- BIM Coordination and Collaboration on all trades such as Architectural, Structural and M&E.
- Familiar with Singapore BIM guide with local codes and Singapore BIM Particular Condition by BCA and its implementation.
- Preferred Knowledge in BCA authority requirements and submission procedures for IFG Sg standard.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings & Training.
- Good knowledge of Authorities' IDD requirements, CDE and overall project process mainly in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experienced in 3D models and 2D shop drawings, Navisworks & Certified Revit professional.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and a team player
- Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Needs and Requirement.
- To have good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma Or Degree Holder In Architecture or Engineering
- Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BCA) is required for applicants for Senior position
- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit is required
- Experience in design, drafting or engineering in public or private sector
- Must be able to work independently with ability in problem solving
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior BIM Coordinator position
