1. Financial Planning
• Lead all aspects of the budgeting and forecasting processes and activities.
• Strengthen overall Planning and Reporting environment through effective implementation of the Global Planning guidelines and polices, monitoring of satisfactory outcome of the assigned business units.
2. Commercial Analysis & Support
• Acts as a key business partner for the management team in providing timely and sound financial advice to execute mid term business plans.
• Providing relevant and insightful analysis for each Business Unit for better business decisions.
3. Operational Analysis
• Lead operational analysis for each Business Unit.
• Provides monthly financial analysis of actual results vs budget and forecasting support to its key stakeholders.
• Create performance dashboard/Reports.
• Consolidate and analyze the monthly financial results and identify the root reasons for the significant variances between actual and budget/forecast and last year.
Including but not limited to:
• Provide monthly financial management reporting to relevant stakeholders with commentries
• Provide analysis of KPIs including but not limited to all areas of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, capital expenditures and balance sheet positions
• Monitor financial performance, highlighting trends and analyzing variances
• Analyze financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to the management for decision making
• Work on complex topics/issues where outcomes may have a significant impact on the business, and provide professional financial advices/proposals/actionable measures to support business
• Monitor monthly communication with Global SBU Controlling for the assigned SBUs (strategic business units)
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Drive and manage the budgeting and financial forecasting process for the assigned SBUs (strategic business units)
• Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard Reports
• Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate sales & marketing spending or any other initiatives
• Prepare presentations for senior management
• Support in the implementation of projects to drive continuous process improvements
• Monitor and work with relevant SBUs to improve the Working Capital
• Monitor and track Cash flow of each SBU
• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager
