Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support
- Handling new hire onboarding and orientation and (include staff uniform)
- Assisting the administration for training and development (Such as applying for training courses, grants, evaluation and etc)
- Handle HR & office administration, travel management, and other matters.
- Support and participate in company’s event and coordination.
- Assist and upkeep of office supplies as and when required.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with customer service background
- Good communication skills
- Good working attitude
