Job Description
The responsibilities involve overseeing the financial lifecycle of client matters, including billing, collections, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance and efficiency improvements. This includes managing rates, supporting audits, providing financial information for billing, training Legal PAs, liaising on cross-unit matters, and maintaining client relationships to ensure timely billing and cash collection.
Additionally, the role entails collaborating with partners on pricing, reviewing working capital on matters, handling financial inquiries, and fostering relationships with both clients and business development teams across the network.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue control management, preferably within professional services or complex billing environments.
- Individuals who played diverse roles such as working capital, finance, function building, systems implementation, or turnaround experience are beneficial
- Ability to apply credit control skills broadly, prompting action from internal and external stakeholders to drive progress in the working capital cycle.
- Proactive, communicative, and assertive qualities.
- Proficiency in technology, tech savvy in use of systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritisation skills, capable of handling high-pressure workloads and results-driven decision-making.
