The incumbent for this position will develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with company's overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.15pm
- Basic $6,000 - $8,000 (depends on experience)
- AWS (13-month) + Performance Bonus (Avg. 1 - 2 months)
- Location - West, Tuas (beside MRT)
Job Scope
- Channel-Specific Campaigns (Ambient Beverage Category): Ability to translate marketing brand campaigns to channel-specific promotions, and trade programs tailored to various distribution channels, including retail modern trade, general trade, e-commerce and on premise to optimize sales and brand visibility.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on trade marketing strategies and product knowledge.
- Market Analysis: Using consumer/trade insights to identify emerging market trends, competitive trends, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adapt trade marketing plans accordingly.
- Budget Management: Responsible for the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI for various trade marketing activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, commercial sales team and supply chain teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall brand strategies and product launches.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire junior trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and fostering a collaborative work environment
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Min. 4 - 8 years of experience in trade/brand marketing with leadership experience
