Tasks & responsibilities
- Take ownership of recruitment in our fast-paced environment
- Administrate payroll
- Timely submission of all monetary related to government. (Claims, CPF, Tax etc.)
- Hands-on daily HR operational matters
- Proper documentation of all files related to HR
- Organize engagement and host them
- Provide HR legal advisory and draft contracts and policies
- Handle all matters pertaining to foreign employment
- Prepare and analyze HR reports
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager or Management
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in related field (F&B)
- Familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of MOM guidelines/portal and relevant legislations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as a team & under pressure
