Tasks & responsibilities

  • Take ownership of recruitment in our fast-paced environment
  • Administrate payroll
  • Timely submission of all monetary related to government. (Claims, CPF, Tax etc.)
  • Hands-on daily HR operational matters
  • Proper documentation of all files related to HR
  • Organize engagement and host them
  • Provide HR legal advisory and draft contracts and policies
  • Handle all matters pertaining to foreign employment
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager or Management

Requirements

  • Min 1 year experience in related field (F&B)
  • Familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of MOM guidelines/portal and relevant legislations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as a team & under pressure
