Responsibilities
- You will be part of the HR team to review, formulate and implement HR policies, initiatives and processes to support client’s mission and goals in the area of Talent Attraction.
- This role requires you to work in partnership with line departments to understand their manpower requirements and implement effective staffing strategies to meet these needs.
- You will be involved in the entire spectrum of the recruitment process, on-boarding and internal deployment of staff.
- You will also support other HR workstreams/projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in any discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Highly adaptable, versatile and able to multi-task in a dynamic and changing environment
- Sharp and analytical mind with initiative and drive
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a range of stakeholders
Contract Period: 2 years
Working Arrangement: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Location: Alexandra Road
Salary: $3300 to $3500 / month
