Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Record and document caller information, including name, organization, contact details, and specific inquiries, ensuring accuracy for follow-up purposes.
  • Prepare invoices and contribute to the generation of monthly reports for consolidated billing.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial documentation related to customer transactions.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operations within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and fulfil customer requirements effectively.
  • Update and manage the customer database with accurate and current information.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and operations, to fulfil customer requirements effectively.


Requirement:


  • Minimum Diploma in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service / sales administrator role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a team
