Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Record and document caller information, including name, organization, contact details, and specific inquiries, ensuring accuracy for follow-up purposes.
- Prepare invoices and contribute to the generation of monthly reports for consolidated billing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial documentation related to customer transactions.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operations within the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and fulfil customer requirements effectively.
- Update and manage the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and operations, to fulfil customer requirements effectively.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service / sales administrator role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team
