Restaurant Manager

Sanook Group Pte. Ltd.

The manager will be tasked to oversee the following:1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Takeaway, and delivery.2. Manage and store vendors contracts and invoices.3. Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.4. Producing and Prepare employees duty roster and shift schedules.5. Supervise kitchen, operations staff, and provide assistance as needed.6. Arrange for new employees proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)6. Taking reservations and Handling customer enquiries or complaints for the Restaurant, Takeaway, and delivery.7. Gather guests feedback and recommend improvements to our menus agreeing and managing budgets.8. Planning menus, ordering supplies, overseeing stock levels.9. Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues10. Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.11. Assessing and improving profitability.Setting targets.12. Handling all day-to-day administration and paperwork.13. Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.14. Handling of all food orders for dine-in, take away and deliveries.15. Managing orders on all take away or food delivery platforms.16. Work closely with Kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of quality food.17. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.18. Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.19. Maintain a prepared, clean, and sanitary work area at all times. To ensure that all staff are compliant to the safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.20. Always ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.21. Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with SFA & other government
