Responsibilities:
- Provide project administrative support and coordination works to the Operations Team
- Assist in project documentations
- Assist to coordinate project scheduling
- Assist in sourcing for products, raising purchase requisitions, generate quotations, etc as per instructions
- Liaise with technicians to collect data and information for claims
- Generate reports, data and other relevant documents as per project requirements
- Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- O Level/ Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Meticulous, positive and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-tasks
- Good team player with ability to work independently
