Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide project administrative support and coordination works to the Operations Team
  2. Assist in project documentations
  3. Assist to coordinate project scheduling
  4. Assist in sourcing for products, raising purchase requisitions, generate quotations, etc as per instructions
  5. Liaise with technicians to collect data and information for claims
  6. Generate reports, data and other relevant documents as per project requirements
  7. Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • O Level/ Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Meticulous, positive and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-tasks
  • Good team player with ability to work independently
