- Working hours: 5D (8.10am - 5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare yearly budget, quarterly forecast and monthly analysis for financial reports
- Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management.
- Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and no-delay compliance in Plant & Engineering controlling under the divisions
- ▪Provide all necessary consolidated controlling analysis including variance analysis, budgetary control, projects and programs monitoring in ASEAN area
- Monitor and review each division’s action plan
- Collaborate with group company financial team in ASEAN Area, obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information
- Control and manage the site’s operating cash flow (capex, working capital)
- Prepare documents for Annual General Meeting, Board of Director Resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
- Working knowledge of full set of accounting processes and sales processes
- Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and other IT tools.
