Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the yard team to ensure smooth deliveries, shipments, and secure storage of all stock within the warehouse.
- Conduct verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with purchase order specifications and contract documents.
- Prepare items for dispatch to clients using delivery documentation or delivery notes.
- Inspect the physical condition of the storage area, materials, and equipment to maintain high standards.
- Conduct physical inventories when required, in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
- Prepare discrepancy reports for items not in compliance with specified requirements.
- Support other departments by performing assigned duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and presentable warehouse environment, assisting the Asst. Yard Manager in this regard.
- Adhere to the company's policies, objectives, and quality management system.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in Maritime Engineering.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment, with a commitment to obtaining safety certifications for their operation.
