You will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to acquire SME business loans. To do so, you will be training and coaching your pool of talents. To be successful in this role, you will have to closely mointor your sale team's sales performance and also drive campaigns to increase market share.
about the manager
You will be reporting to the Group Leader of Unsecured Lending.
qualifications/experience required
Degree with at least 4 years' of sales experience in banking industry, relevant experience in managing a sales team is required. Good understanding of SME market is also necessary.
