- Design and development of analog, digital and mixed signals electronics for Public Address Systems, Intercom System and Information Display Systems
- Design, optimize and validate electronic circuits to meet design and functional requirements
- Create schematics using Altium Designer.
- Conduct FAI (first article inspection) with customers
- Prepare technical reviews, technical reports, and verification/validation test reports
- Conduct product EMI/EMC certification activities
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
- Prepare manufacturing documents (BOM, test requirements, etc)
- Support transfer of product to manufacturing vendor
- Support on-site testing and commissioning of equipment
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering with electronics design experience or Diploma in Electronics Engineering with more than 10 years electronics design experience.
- Well versed in design verification tests, design optimization, reliability tests, and root cause analysis of electronic circuits.
- Good knowledge of digital electronics and mixed signal design.
- Knowledge of audio amplifier circuits. Knowledge of echo cancellation is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of metro railway Public Address, Intercom and Information System is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC countermeasures, design for manufacturing and design for test is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of high-speed digital interface such as USB, HDMI, LVDS is an added advantage.
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits with oscilloscope, multi-meters, etc.
- Well-versed in Altium and Cadence CAD software
- Able to work well independently with strong personal work ethics and able to work with cross functional teams
- Able to work in deadline-oriented environment
