Job Description
A MUST :
- Applicant must able to work on week end.
- Working Days: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (off on PH)
- Applicant must willing to perform 3 staggered 9 hours(max) shifts between 8am-7pm. (Detail will be furnish during interview).
- Working Location: North-East or Orchard
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Diploma in Biz admin with good communication skills to explain the enrichment program details to Mandarin & English speaking parents respectively.
- 1 - 2 years Sales Support and front desk Customer service experience
- Propose available courses to customers via various channel
- Actively follow up with student progression for up-sell opportunities
- Enroll new students through walk–ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the enrichment program to the prospective parent and their child/children
- Proactively contact leads assigned for course conversion to achieve the sales target
- Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s program change, fee collection
