Responsibilities
- System design, diagrams.
- Programming, Testing &Commission, trouble shooting.
- Product pre-testing.
- Preparing project ‘engineering package’ according to standard.
- Site inspections; Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
- Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals.
- Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
- Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
- Provide routine preventive maintenance.
- Handle daily trouble-shooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
- Take over service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.
- Diagram update after HO.
- Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up company standards and policies
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of project engineer working experience (security-related preferred).
- Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV and Alarm System would be an added advantage.
- Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
- Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
- Strong self-learning ability, work independently
