Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers including troubleshooting, product recommendation and used oil analysis.
- Establish technical partnership with key accounts.
- Prepare lube chart, plant/equipment audits, lubrication surveys, product rationalization audits and conduct field trials, when necessary to support overall business strategy.
- Work closely with Lubricant Sales Manager to ensure technical team aligns with overall sales strategy.
- Tailor and conduct training for customers and work with oil supplier partners on technical related matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Prior experience in a technical (lubricants and applications) environment, coupled with comparable technical background skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent and good team player.
