Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise technical matters including compiling report to Principal.
- Identify potential common technical issues and create/issue QIC reports/Service News for quality improvement.
- Assist in managing frontline and coordination between customers and internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and quality repair.
- Assist in Type Approval submissions on new models / recall campaigns and warranty including compiling monthly CCR results.
- Compile and update warranty admin on changes of owner/vehicle particulars for recall campaigns from LTA Link.
- Supporting workshop operation in daily workload, diagnostic and major repair.
- Provide on-site rectification on repair or recall campaigns at dealers’ workshop when necessary.
- Provide product knowledge, servicing information, provide advice to both customers and dealers.
- Provide guidance in diagnostic and technical knowledge to fellow technicians.
- Carry out test rides for rectification and QC upon job completion.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned as Superior.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical servicing, and repairs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Has a strong passion for bikes and enjoys customer service.
- Must possess a valid Class 2B license.
- Possess a valid Class 2A/2 license will be an added advantage.
