Your new role
- It involves L1 and L2 support for infra and messaging platform and applications
- Able to handle migration projects and troubleshoot enterprise level email servers
- Involves incident/problem management and L1/L2 support for their APAC messaging platform
- Support and troubleshoot MS Teams, Webex, Office365 and Exchange Online
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5+ years with Exchange 2016, in large scale enterprise organisation
- Have technical experience Microsoft Exchange, MS Teams, Webex, Office 365
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - Exchange Server
- Proven experience in change and incident management process
