Responsibilities:
- To handle operation calls
- To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise jobs
- To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required
- To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting
- To collect cash from Customer Service Advisors and submit to Corporate Office
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in handling admin / customer service
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
