Our Client is one of the most established home grown company. They are a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now looking for a ERP Analyst / System Analyst Enterprise Resource Planning to join their team.
About the job
Reporting directly to the Manager Director, your role involves:
- Leading the Odoo ERP project. Covering all aspects from gathering business requirements, selection of ERP to implementation, customizations and etc
- Customize modules to address the specific requirements of the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend and enhance the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to enhance system proficiency and maximize utilization.
- Develop and sustain reports and dashboards for monitoring P2P performance and tracking KPIs.
- Manage ERP vendors and negotiate contracts for software upgrades and support services.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of ERP (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle and etc) with at least 3 years of experience in Odoo experience. At least 3 years of IT Project Management experience in required for this role. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders is required for this role.
Candidates with Procure-to-Pay process experience will be highly preferred. Regional experience will be of added advantage.
