Job Description:
- To greet and welcome visitors, manage Visitor Management System to register them, assist visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform proper opening and closing procedures for reception areas and manage day to day aspects of visitors operations and able to work beyond office hours when needed
- Work with Service assistants to ensure meeting rooms are timely refreshed and that visitors are promptly attended to by meeting hosts
- Provide liaising assistance for events and logistics-related queries
Requirements:
- Able to start ASAP
- Able to commit for 6 months
- Prior receptionist experience
