Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate with counter parties.
- Analyze deals.
- Deduce insight of target entities from financials and audit report.
- Review, evaluate and analyse financial spreading of target entities.
- Understand and deduce implications from legal, technical, financial and other due diligence reports.
- Understand and summarize project documents.
- Understand, summarize and comment on syndicated financing documents.
- Make credit approval and review documents for interested parties
- Prepare credit committee.
- Research target industries with resources available.
- Prepare annual business review
- Report ad-hoc managerial requirement related to above roles.
Skills and Abilities
- To work efficiently with other team and branch member.
- To analyse financial statements and business report.
- To build a report in organized manner using extensive Microsoft office.
Profile requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in either finance, business, accounting, legal, engineering or related.
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate finance or Investment banking section
- Credit analyst career in bank will be your advantage.
