Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Collaborate with senior designers to interpret and translate design concepts into comprehensive interior construction drawings.Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using industry-standard software. Participate in design reviews and provide input on technical feasibility and construction considerations.Research and select appropriate materials, fixtures, and furnishings to support design concepts.Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.Keep abreast of industry trends and standards to ensure designs adhere to regulations and best practices.Contribute to the creation of presentation materials to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization and material selection
- Liaise with designers concerning interior design layouts requirements and details
- Able to work independently
- Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in residential and commercial projects
- Must be proficient in using AUTOCAD to produce detailed drawings & space planning, Sketchup and Rendering tools
