Responsible for supporting the business in the full spectrum of Human Resources function covering acquisition of talents for different divisions, employee relations & engagement as well as other HR administrative activities.
As you grow in your role, you will be required to manage employees’ welfare throughout their employment cycle and actively participate in the organisational culture development.
Specifically, you will
- Manage the recruitment activities from start to end for all required positions
- Manage employee engagement including onboarding, workplace communication and relations
- Administer employee compensation and benefit process
- Perform daily HR operational matters to support the business and upkeep the employee’s employment records
- Support the management of workplace issues and grievances adhering to company’s policies & procedures
- Support and organise learning programmes and delivery for employees
You should have a minimum 2 years of HR experience in generalist role.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the passion for people and desire to nurture them professionally, strong communication & interpersonal skills as well as being skilful in upholding confidentiality & integrity. Ideally, you should have budding competency in business acumen; demonstrate tenacity and the growth & change mindset.
As you will be required to work with various divisions, you must possess strong collaboration skills. Good organisational skills will definitely earn you some brownie points!
