Working Hours: Mon-Fri 11.30am-8.45pm
Work Location: Tuas Crescent (Co. transport from Marsiling and Jurong East)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all services/ operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements.
- Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are inspected/ tested to meet authorities’ requirement.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders.
- Day to Day operation and routine inspection of building facilities. Take regular meter readings and ensure system is operating in optimal condition.
- Perform general maintenance including building works repairs, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing & sanitary systems.
- To supervise/ manage outsourced security and ensure security procedures are in place and being carried out at all times.
- Perform the role of 2nd in-charge of Site Incident Controller (SIC), and be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
- Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in conducting regular fire safety inspection of the premises, and cover the role of FSM during his absence.
Requirements:
- Currently residing and working in SG
- Min NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
- Min 3 years’ experience in maintenance related field
