Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities to identify and acquire new corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
