Job Description
- Position: Accounts Assistant, Accounts Receivable
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Outpatient and Dental Insurance Provided
- Working Location: Jurong West

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for invoicing related work. Ensure prompt to perform billing activities in the billing system to meet all billing timeline in an accurate manner.
- Ensure all billing activities are well coordinated to meet customers’ requirements.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers on time.
- Preparation of sales report.
- Responsible for handling month-end closing report.
- Responsible for handling collection debts.
- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
- Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Liaise with accounts on finance matters.
- Liaise with external vendor for billing related issues.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and procedures.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of working experience in billing related functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage billing independently.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and good at problem-solving.
- Good at using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting system.
- Ensure finance tasks are completed on schedule.
- Able to cope with stress during busy financial period.
- Effective Communication skills, positive, polite, and proactive.
