Our client is from Medical industry. They are looking for a Sales Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central - easily assessable.
Duties:
- Provide discreet support to the Sales Account Manager, promptly addressing customer and prospect inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new markets for both existing and upcoming products.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records of contracts, customer agreements, quotations, proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, and actions.
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty and allegiance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Oversee tendering websites for Singapore, including platforms like SESAMI, and hospital tendering websites, ensuring discretion.
- Keep confidential and current records of the company's profile, financial documents, and product documentation for the tendering process.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to support personal growth and continuous learning discreetly.
- Be prepared to cover vacant field territories at the manager's request while maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct discreet follow-ups with customers regarding marketing promotions, campaigns, and open quotations, aiming to convert leads into sales.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Life Science, Biotechnology or any relevant field.
- Min 3 years of working experience in Medical industry.
