Sales Manager (3PL/ Freight Forwarding)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow the Freight business through proactive outdoor sales initiatives.
- Perform portfolio performance review meetings to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures as needed.
- Provide input on possible enhancements to existing processes.
- Understand the local market trends and engage in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Development of annual sales plans for one's customer portfolio.
The Talent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Business Development management experience in 3PL/ freight forwarding sector
- Strong Communication skill is an added advantage
