Responsibilities
- Sales order processing - Sales order / Purchase order / Delivery order / Invoicing.
- Provide sales, assist & support sales, administration in all other matters Reply customer enquiries and E commerce.
- Quotation and looking for new customer.
- Handling Shipping documentations
- Handling Export & Import matter including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs.
- Other task that assign by the management.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years sales admin coordinator experience.
- Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
- A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
