Job Responsibilities:
• Help in wedding planning: sales, coordination, and operations.
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Generate design ideas to meet clients’ needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, meetings, and deadlines under pressure.
• Coordinate and communicate professionally with clients, venues, and vendors via phone and email.
• Manage sales inquiries and issue sales tax invoices to clients.
• Support the wedding specialist team.
• Assist with various tasks assigned by management.
• Aid in organizing marketing campaigns and related workshops.
Job requirements:
- Candidate must be proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
