Responsibilities:
Maintain working relationships with own clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.
Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders.
Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.
Able to finish monthly sales targets.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Thorough understanding of technical aspects in high precision manufacturing industries.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Strong knowledge in high precision components, oil field components and other engineering components.
Strong and deep knowledge about CNC Metal machining services.
Muti linguistic is added advantage.
Minimum degree or diploma in relevant engineering field.
Singapore driving licence is must.
