Job Scope (General):
- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assist in candidate selection.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Provide support for goal setting and performance improvement.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant programs.
- Support employee development initiatives.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefit programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality of HR information.
- Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
- Provide data for analysis and decision-making.
- Assist in the offboarding process.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Organize team-building activities.
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably to have at least about 1 year experience in HR role
