Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and support contractors, allocating responsibilities
- Monitor the work of laborers, mechanics and other staff and guide them if needed
- Review Electrical and ELV design drawings adhere to the design criteria and guidelines by reviewing and aligning them
- Define needed resources, such as manpower, equipment and materials, from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Set terms with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Get permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Develop plans for all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Requirements
- Education background in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead a team and work under stress
