Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing various office administration tasks, which include organizing IT inventory and liaising with vendors for their services.
- Manage mobility needs for expatriate staff.
- Update and manage HR databases and inventory lists.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and conduct presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees and explaining company policies
- Assist the Management with any additional tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding basic IT issues related to computers, email platforms, and network devices such as printers and scanners is expected.
- A good team player.
