Our client is a Retail MNC. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.
Duties
- Welcome and attend to guests and visitors in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable.
- Address guests' queries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from potential guests with timeliness and courtesy.
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc., efficiently.
- Anticipate guests' needs to enhance their experience and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct basic administrative, secretarial, and reception duties.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies, placing orders for replenishment when necessary.
- Assist guests/customers with errands and provide support for events, voucher claims, etc.
Requirements
