Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and potential customers
- Identify and grow new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals
- Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
