Job Description and Requirements
- Preparation of ecommerce daily orders
- Replying to customer enquiries via platform chat
- Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
- Order fulfilment and follow ups
- Updating inventory quantity and price change
- Uploading new products
- Supporting finance team in timely documentation of all online sales, purchase order and invoices into system
- Data entry, filing and other adminstrative duties
- Able to work on alternate Saturday
- Singaporean/PR or Long Term Pass Holder
- No experience is welcomed. On the job training is provided.
