RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the Customer Success Manager, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and team members to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will develop and execute plans to enable staff to fully leverage Microsoft 365 packages in order to improve their personal productivity and team collaborations. You will also contribute to the successful execution and delivery of projects by effectively planning, coordinating, and managing all project-related activities. Driving project success, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- To improve staff personal productivity and team collaborations within the organization, this role encompasses various aspects, including training, support, optimization, security, usage monitoring, collaboration facilitation, integration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee and manage various IT projects within the organisation for enterprise applications and corporate desktop services.
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate staff on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Microsoft 365 packages. This includes creating training materials, organizing training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Monitor and evaluate usage: Track and analyze staff usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 packages. Generate reports and insights on usage patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any gaps and promote continuous learning and development.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Create detailed project schedules, milestones, and task dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project members. Ensure effective information flow, timely decision-making, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of project activities including project plans, progress reports, change requests, decisions, and outcomes.
- Prepare progress reports to stakeholders & MT, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate project closure, including conducting post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for future improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools related to desktop operations is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail to identify and resolve project issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
