Our client, a high-end lifestyle retailer is looking for an Outlet Manager.
Responsibilities not limited to:
- Responsible for managing the assigned outlets including sales management, day to day business activities, P&L, sales analysis and forecast, manpower planning and scheduling etc
- Prepare reports as per management requests
- Handle customers' feedback, complaints and escalations
- After sales/service support as required. Foster good customer relationship and build customer loyalty
- Training and coaching of staff, ensuring compliance to company's procedures, values and corporate standards
- Ensure outlets are properly maintained
- Merchandize and inventory management
- Handle and support in-store and promotional events. Liaise with marketing team accordingly
- Other operational and administrative duties
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferably 4-5 years of related operation management experience in Retail industry OR Retail Supervisors with relevant team leading / retail ops experiences
- Knowledge / experience in CRM (customer relationship management)
- Working experience in lifestyle or luxury brands highly referred
- Good communication, coordination and team management skills
