Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to the HR field, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Participating in interview panels and providing input on candidate selection.
2. Employee Onboarding:
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
3. HR Administration:
- Providing administrative support in maintaining HR records, files, and databases.
- Assisting in HR-related documentation and reports.
4. Employee Relations:
- Participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assisting in resolving minor employee inquiries and issues.
5. Compliance:
- Assisting in ensuring HR practices and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, or Business
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple assignments concurrently.
- Ability to structure unstructured problems.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Japanese is a plus
