Bilingual candidate responsibilities include reaching out , hands-on , admin , communicating and consultation with customers in both languages,
Ultimately, you will be trained by following positions ;
1) Front Desk Customer Service Officer
2) Scalp Therapist - Hands On
3) Hair & Scalp Consultant
Responsibilities
- Work with outlet manager to understand the requirements of each role
- Hands on customer services
- Reply enquiry and communicate with customers
- Study scalp knowledges ( only applicable for hair consultant position )
- Reports and admin work ( + customer service officer )
Requirements and skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking capabilities
- Willing to learn and growth
English & Mandarin =
*Speak at least 7-8 point out of 10 point .
* Writen at least English .
